Deadline for Abstract submission is April 30th, 2019.
Before submitting an abstract, carefully read the following author guidelines.
The abstract must be written in English with a maximum of 3000 characters (no figures, tables or photos!). Abstracts can be submitted for oral or poster presentation. The scientific committee reserves the right to suggest changes between submission type.
Please ensure that all information and spelling (names, affiliations, e-mail address etc.) provided in the online submission process is correct since these will be included in ISRS2019 documents and materials.
The presenting author is required to register for ISRS2019. Abstracts will only be published after completing the registration and payment process (registration for ISRS2019 will open soon). Additionally, the presenting author is ensuring that all co-authors are aware and approve of the submission and the use of the abstract for publication in ISRS2019 materials.
The presenting author will be notified of acceptance/rejection of his/her abstract at latest by June 10th, 2019.
